Very professional peformance from the boys, nice one. ;D
Although I enjoyed the gig and have all the Oasis albums, I spoke briefly to Paul after the gig. I asked him if he felt he'd sold his soul. ( I had had several pints of Guiness)
He said he enjoyed doing Oasis and it was a giggle, which is fair enough.
But I would say that the Stereophoincs are by far and away the better band, and I think Paul would agree?
So just for me stop doing Heathen Chemestry( Same size feet rip off bastard Noel, never written an original riff in his life, tosser)
And maybe do more off the Definitely Maybe and less off the other albums.
Mind you, judgeing from the crowd tonight, I could be completely wrong....................Not.
See you on the 17th August.

At the end of the day Paul is making a pretty good living from both bands.. The Oasish thing is obviously fairly new. It'll be a while before it reaches the status of stereotonics, but it's another string to the bow for him and he always has the option of the double shows which are becoming more popular by the minute. I know that doing the oasis thing is a good opportunity for him to let his hair down and have a bit of a giggle on stage, if you can get paid for doing it, it's a bonus!! It's not selling your soul, it's making a living from doing something you love, (performing) I'm sure a lot of us Wish we could say that we get that kind of buzz from our jobs.. :?
