Hi guys, sorry its been a long time coming but here is the telephone number you have to call to make any enquiries regarding the Amsterdam Cruise in November.
Although the travel company is DFDS it will NOT be advertised through them at all. In fact, its fair to say that the whole show isn't being advertised on the internet at all.
All I know at this moment is that the company that ran the first cruise 2 years ago are getting in touch with everyone that went on that one and then contacting people at holiday resorts as well... to say it seems a little odd is an understatement but still, I guess these guys know what they're doing....
Anyhow, the phone number you'll all need to call is 0870 754 1772.
I think the Dream Team from Radio 1 are going to be on there as well and the ship we will be travelling on is the Queen of Scandinavia - a huge liner that appears to be the size of a small city...lol.
It sails from Newcastle upon Tyne on the 5th (Sat) at around 4pm and returns on Mon 7th at some point during the day - not sure of the times for this as yet but will find out asap...
So there you have it. We'll be performing the Stereotonics set on the Saturday night as we are sailing, the Truebrit set on the Sunday afternoon and the Oasish set on the Sunday evening as we sail back from the frivolities that are Amsterdam...
Hope all of this helps you guys. Hope to see you all on there.
Paul.

lol... I wont be able to use my usual "Noel" for the cruise now but I have an old friend of mine lined up for the position who should do just as good job as Smiley does... For those that have seen the "other" Oasis tribute he usually plays with them but has agreed to help me out on this occasion...
Cheers Phil... you know who you are if you read this... ;D

Yes I do play in Definitely Might Be, but I'm willing to fill in to help a friend. Which reminds me, if anyone needs a guitarist to fill in in any other bands, I'm more than willing too! Any tributes considered, but I really fancy trying my hand in a McFly or Busted tribute. What a shame that Westlife don't have a guitarist.............

Great shows Paul. We really enjoyed the weekend (except for the waves on the way back that is) Really must get some sleep now. At least I won't be woken up at 7.30, in 3 languages

What a weekend!!!!! despite the serious lack of sleep, feeling pretty awful for most of saturday night and over- indulging on Pina Colada's (Claudia's fault) it was good fun. They did three really good shows... Everyone was up dancing for the tonics set and looked like they were into Oasish and true brit on Sunday, but the afternoon in Amsterdam had taken it's toll a little. Well done babe, xxxx

Yeah them free drinks in the VIP Lounge, that might have been a bad move on there part. Because i think most of us were pretty fooked on the sat night after drinkin loads of them. Only bad think was lack of sleep and then been told we had to leave the ship sunday morning, but had a good walk around amsterdam, and really enjoyed it
I only managed to see the oasis set on the sunday, me stomach felt a little off, due to the rough sea.
But i look foward to the next one

The next one!!! It'll take me a while to get over the last one! Someone said (may have been Jodie) that Staff didn't have to leave the ship so there's a good chance we could have all stayed in bed afterall. I think I kept Paul awake for most of saturday night reminding him how bad I felt...lol , then again It was nice to get off and get some fresh air ( If you don't count a few unusual smells in a few bars... ;o) )
